Terms & non-circumvention policy

Plain-language summary of the rules every member accepts when joining. Have your lawyer review the final wording before launch.

1. Who can join

EnlistIndia is only for recruitment / staffing agencies and individual recruiters.
Direct employers (companies hiring for themselves) and job seekers cannot create accounts. Candidates never register; they are represented by a verified agency or recruiter who has their consent.
Every member verifies with Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits and a masked copy are stored) and a PAN card. GST-registered members also upload their GST certificate; agencies may add a business registration certificate.

The first valid submission owns the candidate. Once a partner submits a candidate to an agency, no other member can submit the same person (matched by email or mobile) to that agency for 180 days, across all of that agency’s requirements.
Every submission, contact reveal and status change is time-stamped and forms the record of who introduced whom.

Members must not hire, place or deal directly with any candidate, agency or client introduced through EnlistIndia, outside the platform, for 180 days from the introduction.
If a candidate introduced through EnlistIndia is placed with the client during that period by any route, the introducing partner is owed their agreed share and the platform its fee, as if the deal had closed on EnlistIndia.
Contact details are revealed to the job owner in a time-stamped step. Sharing phone numbers, emails or links in descriptions, notes or messages to move a deal off the platform is not allowed and is blocked automatically.
Partners see the client’s name once their candidate reaches the interview stage and must not approach that client directly for the same requirement.
Breaches can lead to suspension and recovery of the fees owed.

The platform fee is a % of the placement fee, set by the job owner’s plan (or an agreed custom fee), and is charged only on closed placements. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Commercial terms (fee, split, payout promise) are locked on each submission. Payments are recorded with UTR references and are visible to both sides.

The requirement is a real, open position that I have a signed mandate or written go-ahead from the client for.
I will give feedback on every CV within the feedback SLA and pay the partner share within the promised payout days.
No phone numbers, emails or links in the description. Contact happens through EnlistIndia.
No discriminatory conditions (religion, caste, gender, marital status) unless required by law.

The candidate has agreed to be represented by me and to be listed anonymously.
The details and CV are accurate and current; I will mark the candidate placed or withdrawn when it changes.
I will not charge the candidate any fee.

In-app chat is for discussing requirements and candidates. Phone numbers, emails and links are blocked in messages; EnlistIndia admins can review conversations to resolve disputes.
Resumes collected through a member’s QR code go only to that member. Candidates are never charged and do not get an account.
Verification documents and CVs are private: only their owner and EnlistIndia admins can open them.
