Nayara Energy is an Indo-Russian oil refining and marketing company. It owns and runs the Vadinar refinery in Devbhumi Dwarka district, Gujarat, one of the largest refineries in India, and sells fuel through thousands of Nayara-branded outlets.
The company, formerly Essar Oil, was incorporated in 1989. Its corporate office is in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
