Vadodara fertiliser and industrial chemicals maker, partly owned by the Government of Gujarat
GSFC makes fertilisers such as diammonium phosphate, ammonium sulphate and urea, which brought in over 60% of revenue in FY2021-22, along with industrial products including caprolactam, nylon 6, melamine and MEK oxime.
Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Vadodara, it is partly owned by the Government of Gujarat. Its subsidiary GSFC AgroTech was set up in 2012, and it established GSFC University in Vadodara in 2015.
